  1. Authenticated photocopy of Title- (2 photocopies)
  2. Official Receipt of full Payment of Realty Tax/Certificate of Non-delinquency- (2 photocopies)
  3. Approved Survey Plan (If Subdivided)- (2 photocopies)
  4. Cedula

Requirements for TITLED PROPERTY (TCT- 2018 & Above)

  1. Authenticated photocopy of Title- ( 2 copies)
  2. Deed of Conveyance (Deed of Sale, Extra-Judicial Partition etc.)
  3. Official Receipt of Full Payment of Realty Tax/Cert.of Non-Delinquency- (2 photocopies)
  4. Official Receipt of Transfer Tax Payment- (2 photocopies)
  5. B.I.R. Certificate of Authorizing Registration ( Capital Gain Tax/Donor’s Tax payment) – (2 photocopies)
  6. Approved Survey Plan (If Subdivided)- (2 photocopies)
  7. Cedula

1ST OPTION:

  1. Authenticated photocopy of ORDER: Issuance of Free Patent- (2 copies)
  2. Deed of Conveyance (Transfer of Rights, Extra –Judicial Partition-etc.)- (2 photocopies)
  3. Official Receipt of Full Payment of Realty Tax/Cert.of Non-Delinquency- (2 photocopies)
  4. Official Receipt of Transfer Tax Payment- (2 photocopies)
  5. CENRO certification as the original applicant (2 photocopies)
  6. Approved Survey Plan (If Subdivided)-(2-photocopies)
  7. Cedula

2ND OPTION:

  1. Certificate of Allocation from NCIP office with confirmation to Provincial NCIP Office-(2 photocopies)
  2. Deed of Conveyance (Transfer of Rights, Extra-Judicial Partition etc.)duly registered with the Registry of Deeds – (2 photocopies)
  3. Official Receipt of Transfer Tax Payment- (2 photocopies)
  4. B.I.R. Certificate of Authorizing Registration (Capital Gain Tax/Donor’s Tax payment)-(2 photocopies)
  5. Approved Survey Plan (if subdivided) – (2 photocopies).
